Phantom Flow is committed to making this website, and the websites we build for our clients, usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat accessibility as part of building a site properly, not as an optional extra.

What we do

Check colour contrast meets minimum ratios before a design is finalised
Make every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard
Provide visible focus indicators
Use meaningful headings in a logical order
Write alternative text for images that carry meaning
Label form fields properly
Respect the "reduce motion" setting for animation
Provide a “Pause motion” button that stops all moving and looping animation on the home page
Provide a skip-to-content link

Known limitations

This site uses decorative animated elements. These are hidden from assistive technology, can be stopped at any time with the “Pause motion” button near the top of the home page, and are disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion. Some third-party content we link to, such as our booking page, is controlled by another provider and we cannot guarantee its accessibility.
