Information we collect

When you visit this website

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We do not set cookies and we do not build visitor profiles.

Our web host automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. This is normal hosting activity and is not used to identify you.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser contacts Google's servers, which may receive your IP address. We do not control that processing.

When you book a call or contact us

Our booking page is hosted on our scheduling platform. If you book, you provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the notes. We use this only to contact you and prepare for the call.

When you become a client

We collect business and billing information needed to deliver our services. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Information our clients collect from their customers

When we set up systems for a business, that business's customer data belongs to that business, not to us. Each client's data lives in their own account. The client decides how that data is used and is responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers. We act as a service provider configuring those systems on their behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate: a website host, a scheduling and CRM platform, a payment processor (Stripe), and email providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client and billing records are retained as long as required for business and tax purposes.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR.

Text messages

We only send text messages to people who have asked to receive them. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
