Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want this to be clear and free of surprises. If anything below is unclear, contact us before you buy.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same day each month.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You keep access to your services through the end of the period you have already paid for.
We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in a month that has already started.
There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Email support@phantomflow.cloud from the address associated with your account, or call 928-417-7006, before your next billing date. We'll confirm your cancellation in writing.

One-time build fees

One-time build fees, including website build fees, are non-refundable once paid. These fees are charged up front because we reserve your project slot and begin planning, design and setup work as soon as you book.

This does not limit any rights you have if we fail to deliver the work described in your quote or invoice.

Text message costs

Carrier and messaging costs are passed through to you at cost and billed based on actual usage. Because these are paid to third-party carriers on your behalf, they are non-refundable once messages have been sent.

Setup and registration fees

Fees paid to third parties to register your business for text messaging are set by the carriers and are non-refundable once submitted, including if a registration is rejected.

If something goes wrong

If a service isn't working as described, tell us. We would rather fix the problem than lose you. If we can't resolve it in a reasonable time, we'll discuss a fair refund for the affected period.
